Mr. Smith was a Managing Director and Regional Manager at Credit Suisse for 26 years, until his retirement in 2014, which enabled him to pursue improvements to the way that corporate bond swaps are analyzed and processed.  With his partners, he has developed patent pending software which significantly levers customers’ and dealers’ labor in corporate bond swaps.

Mr. Smith graduated from Vanderbilt University magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He has held the CFA charter since 1989.

Mike Marriott

Mike has worked for 25 years in fixed-income businesses and focused mainly on trading residential and commercial real estate structured products. Prior to retiring from Credit Suisse in 2009, Mike was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Structured Products Department within the Fixed Income Division. He was also a member of the Fixed Income Operating Committee. Mike has an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business (NYU).

Andy Kimura

Andy spent 25 years in the fixed-income business -- 20 of which were dedicated to residential mortgages and other structured products. Before retiring in 2009, Andy was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Structured Products Department within the Credit Suisse Fixed Income Division. He was also a member of the Fixed Income Operating Committee. Andy has a B.A. in Mathematics from MIT.

Rajan Godse

Rajan has an extensive track record developing acclaimed technology solutions in the financial industry. He has conceived and executed numerous projects, across areas of risk aggregation, counter-party credit risk management, RMBS, and mortgage loan origination. Rajan has also received a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Brown University and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
